Fried pomphret for dinner.

Yes today is saturday i insisted my hubby to bring fresh fish from the market.He went to nearby marketand selected pomphrete and bougt home.Thouh it was expensive but he brought for us.I mmarinated it with some spices,lemon and gramflour and now in dinner we will enjoy this yummy pomphrete.
DDo you like fish?do you preffer fried or steamed fish?

I love fried fish but I seldom do it because it is not good for my diet. I usually steam it or bake it in the oven.

I bake fish. Usually I put a crisp topping on it and serve it with lemon.

I love fish for supper. I fix fish twice a week with rice. I either fry it on top of the oven or bake in the oven.

I like Rohu fish, marinated with Mustard paste, salt, green chilli paste, with little red chilli powder and lemon juice. What we do is steam it in banana leaf and once ready, have it with steamed rice. It tastes "YummY". You should give it a try.

FRIeD of course! Yum yum yum! I am from New York but I hear that pomfret is one of the best tasting fishes!!
