Do you read books or check your twitter account, or do you keep on checking updates who likes your post in Facebook? According to the study daily habits of mental stimulation can prevent Alzheimer’s and Dementia. Do you believe on this? What are the habits that you do everyday?

I'm not on Facebook or Twitter. They're two of the worst time-wasters ever invented. I've been a book reader ever since I could figure out what those little black marks meant. I read constantly because I love reading. Maybe it will keep Alzheimer's away, maybe not, but I don't really care.

I believe that reading can help us avoid Alzheimer's disease. I only use Facebook messenger for communicating to my sister in UK.

One thing I don't do is check Facebook to see who likes my posts. That's something never never crossed my mind to do.
