need help keeping Christmas non-commercial

Good Morning Both My Lady and myself look with disdain on the idea of people spending fortunes buying the Spirit of Christmas. We don't believe Charity is only for December 25th but rolls around as needed whether it be a simple helping hand, a meal or a point in the right direction. To name only a few. We agreed early in our life together to keep it simple. As we are both fairly handy people we make things for each other and for the grown children and the Grandbabies. Well, this year I decided to replace the old coffee table, I only hope I can post a picture of what is done so far. It has been a devil keeping it hidden as I build it but now it's down to the finishing. Once that's done I'll need to find a place to hide it for a month. Any ideas? Right now I just cover it with a tarp in my shop and pile heavy stuff on it. Can't have that full time as the finish is to be a brilliant gloss that is not impervious to scratching.
