Did Charlie Sheen Infect Anyone With HIV?

Does anybody know whether Hollywood actor Charlie Sheen who just revealed that he is HIV positive infected any of his partners with the deadly virus? There are reports that after testing positive for HIV, Sheen went on to have over 200 partners and that some of these people might have been exposed to the deadly virus. It's really shocking.

Honestly it's none of our business and we should leave him and his ex-partners to deal with it.
