non gear bikes

Most of us the humans must had driven a bike. the clutch in it is one of its important part of it. But what wonders me is that the non gear bikes have no such clutch system. Then how dose it stands still with its engine running?

@MALUSE I have never been on one either. Nor will I ever lol Would much prefer a car. Seems more safe to me.

got your point, but can explain the auto clutch mechanism more elaborately, How dose this works?

considering a gearless scooter which has an automatic transmission, in scooter we do not have gears to vary the torque hence the drive of scooter would run on the high torque only which was the first gear torque. Although its maximum torque is less but it is driven with its max torque at all time.

@shshiju much knowledgable information. Got your point except the part automatic transmission. What happens when we do not stop the engine also do not give the accelerator.
