Between surveys, job hunting and doing some on here mt fanny (aka bottom, rear) is telling me it is fatigue and that I need to get up and move around and get the blood flowing to it. So I am going for a walk and then come back, change the position of my laptop so that I can do some computer workwhildstanding which should make my fanny happy.

I'm getting up and moving around every couple hours to get the blood flowing again and get the stiffness out of my knees.

We have to take breaks. That rear end can go through somethings because it stays planted for lots of hours. Walking is great exercise.
