My thoughts on the new Hershey kiss....

So Hershey kiss chocolate candies came out with a new chocolate called Hershey kiss deluxe. Seeing the commercial I instantly thought of Ferrero Rocher chocolates. And Ferrero Rocher is one of my favorites so this kind of bothered me a minute thinking Hershey was trying to be like them. But it peeked my interested and I had to try them to see how they compared.
Now my story behind Ferrero Rocher is this. I first had them in Germany back in 1987. I would have been 7 or 8 years old. We moved back to the USA in 1990 and I couldn't find these chocolates any where. Now I don't know if I couldn't find them, or if they just weren't here yet but many years later I finally found them, and jumped up and down with joy.
But to finish my assessment of Hersheys....they are not near as good. That is if they were trying to be like Ferrero Rocher. Even in themselves, I still don't like them....

My favorite chocolate is Seroogy's. It's made locally since the late 1800s and just melts in your mouth. I lived three blocks from their shop at one time and vowed I would never go there - why - because I would never stop going there. So I only buy a Seroogy's candy bar when offered for fundraisers. That way I also don't get tired of them. To me it's the best there is. I've never heard of the chocolates you mentioned.

I like Lindt here in the states but in England I like Cadbury or Bendicks.

I love the dark chocolate one of Ferrero Rocher..first time i had them was Thanksgiving at my SIN's Mother's house.

@T_gray my granddaughter showed me her other grandma's candy and it was an assorted box..i ate 3 of the dark ones..hahah..i wonder if they have a dark by themselves?..

I like Ferrero Rocher too but I like cadbury I think they are better than US chocolate.
Also I like After 8 mints, light dark chocolate with a with mint centre.

I am happy with Babyruth and Butterfinger. Recently, I received a bunch of chocolates from an online friend from Kazahkstan , I like the one with rum inside.Unfortunately I forgot its name lol. But it tastes good.

I love Hersheys kisses and the plain milk chocolate. Whenever I am hungry, I binge on those.
