Every year quite a few people over the age of 65 or older fall. Falls have serious impact on people.Though so far have not fallen. But we can improved this by improving our ability to control and maintain. Whether your are moving or still. Here are a few exercises will help you your balance and lower body. *Standing on one foot *walking heel to toe *balance walk *back leg raises and side raises. All of this that you can do anytime and any where. You want a challenge Hold on to a chair with one hand.then with tie, hold it with one finger then no hands. But try to do this with your eyes closed. I done this one and yes,my balance was way,way off. Most of this information came from my health club. I find Tai chi improve my balance a lot. Have you ever fallen?

I'm 35 and I fall all the time. I have very bad balance. I hope this improves before I get older. :-\
