Writing, How can we Earn from it?

I think all who are here in myLot enjoy writing.. and many are searching ways to publish their written work. We all have many things in life we would love to share.. I checked Amazon, but am not sure it will work for us in Sweden. Then I looked at another place that may work and saw it in a discussion here in myLot. One of my friends had published a book there and it may help others who are looking for a publisher .

I did the editing and layout for a book my uncle wrote. He published it on Amazon (shameles promotion, "The Bold Alaska Calls," by George Short.") He spent a lot more to produce the book than he has made on it so far. Be prepared to do your own promotion and selling.

The problem I had with Amazon was that there are so many rules about paying the taxes, and it is not easy for us who live in a different country than US to follow or understand it all.

@buenavida they do make your book available to buy from their website, that way, they handle all the shipping and such.

We all do need some places to share what we want to say with others. MyLot here we can write something interesting down and ask for others' opinion. and I really enjoy what I do right now on Mylot.
