My Gratitude Book

Tel Aviv, Israel
December 3, 2015 2:12am CST
I have spent so much time on my myLot this past 2 days that I failed to write on my gratitude book. Every night before I go to bed, I write down all the good things that happened during the day and all the things I am thankful for on my Gratitude Book. Writing all the great things that we have in life in a daily basis makes us feel conscious and grateful about all the blessings we have in life. It prevent us from focusing on things we don’t have and teaches us never to complain. (We don’t like whiners do we?) It helps us develop a grateful heart and the more grateful we are, the more happy we become. So a new entry on my gratitude book is myLot and all the great and nice people I have met here :)

There are days like busy days or moody days we can't find time to write them but keeping it as a habit make it an instinct for us to be a grateful person.

I have not heard about writing a gratitude book. However, it is interesting to hear that you write a gratitude book everyday/night. I can understand that if we pen down positive thoughts and write down about our blessings, it will definitely help our mind tune towards positive attitude. I do not write my thoughts, like you do, however, I keep counting my blessings in life so as to make myself cheerful and to remain happy.

it's just about the same :) Writing them down will just help make develop the habit of being grateful about things we sometimes take for granted since they've been always there not realizing that without them we can't even survive :)

It's a good idea to keep a gratitude book. I don't keep one but I never forget to thank God each day of my life.

I liked it. This is really positive thinking. Always remember good things in life and forget the worst. Thanks almighty for all the great things that happened to us, our family and friends.

I am praying that one day I will win the 649 lotto . . . If ever that happens, I will send you a greeting card with a cheque amounting to - - - (I am not going to disclose) . . Then my name and benevolence will also be written in your gratitude book. .

Great idea.Try to recall your activities you missed to write so there is no single day to miss. Then , you can organize all your writings into a book.

Thank you :) Yeah I like putting my pics all the time in my posts :) Its another habit I developed ever since started posting microblogs. People gets tired of my face but that's fine hahaha. Keeping records of the good things we have in life is just awesome. It also gives us ideas on what to write on our posts .. because we want to write just the happy and positive things in our lives :D
