Hi Mylot Friends, Negotiate prices means bargains of pricing also, in our place people are negotiating prices of every thing because that is becoming habit of people in our place. Even for small items they will negotiate price down always, it is possible to down the rate in general goods but not in branded goods. But small whole shops are selling the items with small margin as only 2% of buying price. But the small retailer cannot offer that bargain.
