how to use 'mylot"?

i am a new fresher,a new user ,a chinese. i just registed the "mylot'?but i can not use it.besides,my english is not very good,so sometimes i can not undestand the passage. so, who can help me?

I don't think you English is bad, beause you can express your views on the site in English. and I can tell you that I know what you are saying. don't let youself down. just keep doing what you like and I hope one day We both can speak English well. plus: My English is bad, too. so you know.

Please don't worry about your English. English is not the first language for many people here. You have to know the practice makes perfect.
