Random Word Post – mother wit

I find a random word by flipping through a dictionary or using a random word generator and write a quick – often silly – little post about it. # Mother wit can be something smart your mom says, but the full meaning is “Natural or native intelligence; common sense.” Saying someone has common sense is good, but I doubt calling someone a “witty mother” would go over well.
