Lately in my country ( Kenya ) there have been a very big campaign on eating fish. Fish contain Omega 3 fatty acids which helps to fight heart diseases. So why don't you challenge yourself this Christmas and take fish. Trust me It has a lot of benefits and you can name all.

@lydia2000 That's all right, sometimes I just can't help myself with enjoying delicious foods like fish and shrimps despite the high purine.

@lydia2000 Forget Christmas when you think of fish. I don't know why you want to see a connection. Fish tastes good and is healthy and that's a reason to eat it.

@MALUSE yeah that's for sure. Thanks, you have made me learn a lot actually. From today I will be making a point of taking fish once at-least in a week not occasional.

I wish that I liked fish but I really don't. I do like lobster, shrimp, and crab legs, but not fish. I will eat salmon and tuna occasionally. I get my Omega 3 from walnuts, which I love.
