The pain was unbearable

I had my annual physical yesterday, and seemed fine afterwards. I had to work later in the afternoon for about 4 hours. I got to work and was walking around. I started getting this stabbing pain, I thought it may go away it's probably nothing considering I have endometrosis. By the end of the night I had this weird throbbing pain, and then cramping. I went home and took some pain meds, then went to bed. I woke up this morning, and had a little pain but nothing like it was. I am glad I only have to do that every 3 years now.
