Mark Zuckerberg giving 99% of his Facebook shares for Charity

I see mixed views on Zuckerberg giving 99% of his Facebook shares to charity, while most people praise him for his initiate on the other hand some are found criticizing that its for tax benefits and some say its not donating for the purpose of charity, he has promised to spend the same for some welfare activities over his life time. Whatever the purpose for which he does, but I personally feel its not easy for anyone to spend 99% of his hard earned money ie., around 45Billion Dollars in this case for charity purpose. I admire him for what he promised to do. What did you feel?
