Lately I have been working with my computer for long hours. Now the problem of back pain is catching with me. Like for instance right now I have more than two pillows to make me feel comfortable. Do you experience the same problem like me?? If the answer is YES what are your remedies??

I do have back pains. I have a big exercise ball and laying across it helps a bit.

@lydia2000 Laying on anything that can stretch out your back does help.

I've been having chronic back pain for the past several years. There were times when I couldn't move because my back pain was acting up. I had to see the doctor and he advised me on how to carry on with my daily activities. He taught me the proper way to pick up things, how to sleep and so on and he also gave me muscle relaxant and painkillers. I just need to not put so much pressure on my back and I can function normally.

Ditto what PLETHOS said. You should never sit for hours anyway, whether it be at computer, watching TV. whatever. Get up every 30 minutes and walk around. Sitting invites other health issues, not just back problems.

I will try that from even if not walking after 30 minutes; I will be taking break after one hour or so. Hope it will work.

I deal with back pain on a daily basis, due to emergency spinal surgery last year. I very much agree with what was already said, get up and move around every so often. Also ensure your chair is supportive and your posture is good. Keeping your core muscles strong also helps.

Am so sorry for that. Yeah I will be moving around now because there is no other option now.
