23 books to read

I was sitting here sorting through my "to read" pile of books and realized that I have 23 books ready and waiting to be read.
If I read one book a month then it would take me almost two years to go through the pile but 2 books a month would narrow it done to almost a year. Seems with 23 books that I'd be set for quite awhile no matter how fast or slow I read.
However, one cannot have enough books and I did add some to my Christmas list. Okay, I didn't add some, I added quite a few to my list and I'm hoping that I get them all.
I love to read, I'm addicted to books and hope Santa doesn't think I have enough already.

@Marilynda1225 I too love books however since I've been working on the net I haven't had time to read so when I can I am slowly rereading some of my all time favorite books. I am a great fan of Stephen King and I've read his horror novel IT at least a dozen times.

@amadeo Grisham is one of my favorites too. I just discovered Lee Child and find he has a gazillion books that I've missed

I love books. I have stacks and stacks of books. Many of my books I have read. I do have a few books that I would like to read.

@whiteream my "to read" pile is nothing compared to my "already read" pile. I should part with some of the books I've read but hate to give them away.

@Marilynda1225 My husband and I both like to read books more than once. We have a few we have read til they fell apart. I have them in hardcover now. I should think about giving the one we don't want away.

I used to be a book addict too.. that was the time when there was no blogging sites and social networks :) I still read but not as much as before :)

I have a whole lot of books i haven't read yet either. It's going to take me ages to read them as i have a whole closet full plus 2 piles on my bedroom floor to read.

Sometimes I think I like collecting books as much as I like reading them. I have a lot waiting to be read too.

I am currently reading James Patterson's "Toys" it's interesting. I haven't quite figured it out yet.

I used to read a book a day but that was before I spent so much time on the computer lol
