Re-evaluating and Dunkin' Donuts

This time of year takes me off into this weird loop of re-evaluating. I do some 'what ifs' and some wallowing but, for the most part, it is evaluation my life, where I am and why and I try not to think too much about where I had planned to be. But, then life isn't always what we expect or plan is it? Are you there? Where you planned to be? I planned on traveling to Mackinac Island, Ireland, Wales and England. I planned on seeing it all. But health and family malfunctions made a different road the one I needed to take. After all, family comes first. I haven't even made it to Dunkin' Donuts. I would like to try their coffee.

I'm not sure this would be a good idea for me although I've had a good year and done a lot of nice things.

You don't think about the previous year and made plans for the next?

@celticeagle No, not really. I suppose I should. Sometimes we have a vague idea about what we want to do in the coming year but it isn't a conscious thing.

@JudyEv ...I see. I make small goals for myself. Due to my severe depression it to help if I have goals.

If you like strong coffee than Dunkin Donuts is the place to be at least in my opinion. My sister loves their coffee. I sure hadn't planned on being retired yet but so happy my husband and I both are. He was just as surprised as I was.

Don't care for strong coffee. I was more interested in their breakfast sandwiches. My retirement was early due to medical problems.
