This morning, I decided to make something knew, so I used the organic flax seed and buckwheat,flour mixed for pancake or cookies. Now look on the picture and tell me does it look like a real pancake or a ground beef patty.... I try to make believe my older son, telling him to come to eat his ground beef patty, and he looked at it and said '' O.K''. I had to let him know that it was not a meat patty. So it doesn't really look like what it is suppose to be. Next time that I cook the rest of the mixed, I am thinking to make cookies with it, because it makes a pretty thick mixture.
