Weight loss has become a major concern for people eating regularly burger and pizzas in their daily routine on the dining table. Though they-they are not meant for dining table the younger generation has made it a habit, at least, to add them to their breakfast which generally adds up only to your cholesterol. The ultimate results in the swinging muscles around the arms and things which again needs an expenditure in the Gym both in time and money. Here are the nice methods to follow from this purchased problem 1. Just before meals have half a cup of lemon juice. It will kill your appetite and the craving for more eating will be reduced. 2. Take 1 spoonful of Aloe Vera juice and add ½ a spoon honey and mix half a glass of water. Take it early in the morning. It will ease your bowel movement. All skin problems will be taken care of Aloe Vera and the Honey acts as a good nourisher and tone your skin besides disallowing you eat excessively. It also acts against toxin in the body 3. The Apple Cider Vinegar can be used comfortably before taking lunch. Take it with water before lunch, meals or dinner. It has got the capacity to burn the fats in the body.It is also a good absorber of toxin in the body. It also reduces the unnecessary appetite at the intervals of regular eating times. 4. The Golden principle always will eat as per the work you need to do. Work hard and eat well. Eat less and take rest.

I am Italian and we have a balanced Mediterranean diet, both my husband and I never gained weight.

Generally, Italians do maintain some good food habits. They avoid eating more...A good habit to be followed by others. Generally, what happens is that people eat more if they find any particular item tasty. .It is here they should develop control over their tongue and avoid over-eating.

@shivamani10 In our modern days, people do not move enough. We should not eat and then sit to watch the TV, or get into our car and drive. Even a half an hour walk would help to keep fit.

@LadyDuck Now-a-days nobody is following that golden rule as a part of duty but as a part of technique to reduce weight only...that too after getting into some health problem.

yes. You are right. Besides exercise diet control is very important. Even exercise also should be as per our diet only. Too much exercise with limited food will sap the required energy from the muscles and it will be dangerous. It is enough to do exercise till the food eaten is digested.

Apple cider doesn't "burn fat". It burns the stomach and the stomach constructs. Not very safe for some people, especially when not eating enough. It may lead to ulcers.
