few years ago a movie was released 2012 an American science fiction disaster film. It was based on some range of eschatological beliefs that will result in chain of events that would occur on or around 21 December 2012. Various astronomical alignments and neumerological formula were proposed as pertaining to this date 1. some suggested that the Earth and it's inhabitants would undergo a positive physical or spiritual transformation. 2. Some suggested for the end of the world or a similar catastrophe. What I was thinking is that, may be it was just predictions, but are we contributing to this by exploiting the natural resources of Earth and causing the Global Warming.

Man is undeniably a great contributor to the depletion of the ozone layer and to global warming. Earths natural resources is there for man to exploit and use for his own good but it is also his responsibility to replenish it by replanting trees to replace those that he felled for his own use or by taking care of sea resources by not over fishing or using dynamite for fishing or by taking care of its flora and fauna so not a single species will be extinct. But man most often forget and neglect earths natural resources.

Definitely Man is responsible for this condition of the earth and we should definitely give a serious thought to this for a safer future which will be left behind for our coming generations. We can not afford ignoring this issue we should do something But the problem is that we all know what has to be done but we don't know how.

@ajoywork33 Yes thats true we all know what has to be done to stop global warming but i dont agree that we dont know how to do it because we have the knowledge and the technology to stop it or to at least lessaen the effect of global warming. The problem is mans attitude. He does not care at all what happens to earth and to its natural resources. For as long as it serves his purpose what happens next is none of his business.

@mammots you are right that we have the technology and the knowledge regarding this global warming, but we lack the will. I think that most of the time we ignore this matter by thinking what will happen by doing this me alone. This is where we need a group or say some organisation which will make their members believe that they are not alone in this and it will keep them motivated.
