Sometimes my mind just go blank when I intend to start a discussion!

This happens a lot to me nowadays. Somedays I try to find something interesting to start a discussion and I end up replying the discussions. But in the contrary otherdays I get ideas frequently. I think it depends on my mood. What about you? Have you had any experience like this?

Yeah sometimes it can be a bit difficult to think of something to say but don't get too hard on yourself. What I find is I go through other people's discussions and interact with people for a little bit and out of no where I will think about something. Or even when I am not on MyLot I will think about something and type about it when I log back in. Something will eventually pop into your mind when you least expect it. :) Look forward to seeing more posts from you.

@VivaLaDani13 Exactly! I have ideas for 3 posts. I will write them when I have responded to some of the posts. I am lagging back. Anyways I am happy without making any posts.

@Daljinder I am doing so poorly with my own posts as of late. I will get to them all though. I don't want to look slack or selfish to anybody. I like when you do posts so much. They are just so clever and always have meaning.

@VivaLaDani13 I think they won't look close because you answer posts of other people when you are here and almost always answer back to any mentions of yours.

@else34 Observing your language, you dont seem to have a problem with expressing your thoughts. If you have ideas then start off discussions, whome are you fearing?

I think it's not that you try to find something interesting when you want to start a discussion on myLot. It should be when something interesting happens in your life and you think "Ha, I should post this on myLot". That's my experience. I don't search for topics to start, I just let things happen and see if there is anything worth posting. When I have no discussion to start, I just comment. That's why I commented a lot but posted few discussions.

@aju007 I never cared about the $ in my account. I wouldn't spend my time here if I wanted to earn money online. I'm here to practice my English and make friends

You could start discussion on a topic which you think is an interesting topic and will prompt others to respond. I start less discussions rather than responding.

Yeah I usually start only 1 or 2 discussions a day. I like to respond to discussions than starting one.
