We all know that the Miss Earth 2015 coronation has just ended and the Philippines got a back-to-back win since its crowning last year 2014.
But, little people do know what year did the Miss Earth started.
Let us see your instincts and those who will answer the question correctly, I will follow them immediately. This is one simple question.
QUESTION: In what year did the Miss Earth pageant started its coronation?

It started in the year 2001. I am not impressed whenever Philippines won this pageant because it is Filipino owned.

well, lets put it this way, @CaptAlbertWhisker. I am a Filipino speaking here. Miss Earth has been based in the Philippines because of its very good natural resources and most of the sites here are attractive to nature. I know that you are angry that whenever Philippines win the pageant, it is your opinion that it is Philippine owned. My POV: I have only seen 3 crowns for the Philippines and the rest are other countries. The years were in 2008, 2014 and recently crowned. Please do not take this seriously. Philippines has only won 3 crowns, 1 in the home turf and 2 outside.

@jmpangelo2015 2006 winner I believe is Miss Canada who is also Filipino. She may not count though because she chose to identify as Canadian.
