Time and time again people will continue to eat low calorie diets and steer clear of that dreaded fat. But, what you didn't know is that a diet consisting of just fats and protein will allow your body to feed itself and loose weight. The type of fats to stay away from are Saturated Fats and Trans Fats. Monounsaturated Fats and Polyunsaturated Fats are healthy! YES! I said healthy. This particular diet is called the Ketogenic diet.

Is it true that you can pretty much eat what you want but still lose weight as long as you work out? My ex told me this. Don't know if it is true. Might as well ask you. As well as being the first to respond to this discussion.
