Funny how they don't inform you of the good feedback

A friend went to the open house at the shelter, and was disgusted. So gave feedback to the shelter through the website.
She said she booked an appointment with me, and how great I was in letting take the time, and talking over the care. Well that was the end of December and I never heard that this email was sent (it was forwarded to the corrdinator who is the one ripping my face off).
Funny how this lady was saying how great of a job I did, yet she never mentions anything but the negative I do.

Oh my gosh! I totally know what you mean. People only point out the wrong, but never balances the positive!

Exactly! The girl who answers our emails stated she would pass it onto the corrdinator. Yet, the corrdinator always points out the negative and has said nothing about this incident. How someone was saying how good I was.
