Snow is falling again / myLot

Now that it has finally started snowing here, it doesn't seem to want to stop. We didn't get any in December but have had snow almost every day this past week. The trees outside my window are loaded with snow. It is very pretty, and temperatures have stayed very mild for this time of year. Winter will not seem as long this year, since we didn't get much cold weather until January. Surely is different from last year. Keep warm everyone

We have had only one snowfall so far in the Chicago area. Very unusual, but I'm not complaining.

I hope that you do not have to go out tomorrow. There is something comforting and pretty about the snow falling isn't there? Enjoy it for me, its dry here.

@AnneEJ Apparently they had a bit in London, our son had to shovel his driveway, he said that there wasn't enough to use his new snow blower. His dog was in heaven playing and running in it in their backyard. Nothing here yet.

I just drove home from church and since there is still a light snow falling, and the temperature has dropped, it was fairly slippery in places. So thankful for winter tires. I only have a couple of km to go so it wasn't too bad.

I think the cold weather and the snow is making up for not being around yet. Even Florida is getting cold. I hope you stay warm.

When it is too cold or stormy, I just am content to stay inside. My apartment is nice and warm.

As we get older, the snow is sure not as much fun as it used to be. Remember the good old days of playing in the snow and loving it?

Yes, I remember when I was a child in NB, spending hours in the snow, sledding, skiing, etc. I can remember wading through snow to get to school as well.
