You would be amazed at how much easier life can be when Fluidity is applied to everyday actions,
Knowing your surroundings as you flow through to accomplish the task at hand,
Seeing what may be before the action that gets the result is applied,
In this fast paced infrastructure of life it can be overwhelming at times and with fluidity added in little by little eventually everything you do will inspire others to ask you how they can obtain a grace such as yours.

Yes go with the flow is a good thing to be able to do.
It is easier said than done but with practice it is worth it.
