Is Yoga the answer for Blood Pressure?

I have been doing for the last 5 years until I have seen the article browsing the Internet. Of course, it was an accidental meet of the topic on the Internet. though, I have heard about YOGA I was a little bit scant for it with the only reason happened to I being a sportsman. But, this TIME, the speciality is with terms which were not known to me AND TO WHCH I was made to pay attention were the terms 'Anolom Vilom ' and 'KAPAL BHAATI'.. These two are the practices where one is forcing the air to pass through the body in a regulated manner. The Kapal Bhhaathi is a practice where we supply the air to the body through a regulated means. Both are 'daily practices.which one has to do without any compromise with time. they also give a glow to your face...and at the same time allow the oxygen to pass through the nerves system uninterruptedly which is required mainly to have a perfect and sound health. The free flow of oxygen through nerves and veins is possible only when there are no blocks formed due to the accumulation of Cholesterol. They both are helpful in getting successfully a flat stomach and a tension free mind . The result No Blood Pressure, No Sugar or Choleserol.
