Building a budget gaming PC: Is theVisionTek Radeon R9 380 2GB Graphics Card the best choice for me?

hey all. i am going to build a Pc for gaming. I am looking at the VisionTek Radeon R9 380 2GB GDDR5 PCI Express Graphics Card as my GPU and was wondering if anybody has any thing with a better bang for buck.

Not shopping for anything right now but looked at something to compare the card too and came up with Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 It may be a little cheaper, not much though and I think you have the better card.

Thank you for the recommendation, my friend is going to get this one as he is a nvidia fanboy :p they will both fit my needs but i could do with just a little more power.
