I just cashed out yesterday with Chatabout and now I can't login to their website. It's giving me an error message that my email address is not recognized. Have you experienced this issue from them before if you happen to be a member? It's just very tough job to reach the minimum payout. I was able to do it before but now, I don't know what happened.

Never had it happen to me, I been a member there for over a year, and always been paid, never problems. I like the fact I earn a point for everything or 2 for videos, and quick free offers, I can cash out once a week there for $5 pay pal. For me it is the fastest earning site.
I guess I wouldn't hear of people being locked out as they are gone and can't tell you. Maybe if you go to facebook, message them or post there on their wall, they will answer you about this.

Good for you. Well, the admin informed me to just create a new account instead. I like the site but I'm not sure if I will go for another try.

@cherriefic Did you get paid at least? Lucky for me no trouble, when people are not there for awhile, they come back months later. They get busy with life and what ever else. I always wonder where they have been, but haven't heard anyone being locked out.

I stopped using chantabout but i guess i once heard someone complain of the same. Hope you get it all sorted out

I've heard that too. But I don't have an issue with them before. Well, I hope it will be sorted out soon.

It could be a website problem or they don't want to take care of their members.

They actually pay members. But it's really bad to get used into something and you cannot login all of a sudden. They ask me to sign up again. I did but I'd rather spend more time here after the incident.

@trivia79 Yes, they allow me to do so. But I don't really feel like working there anymore. Im very disappointed about it. I've been here in myLot since 2011 and I never had the same problem.
