exams end, Holiday start. how to feel refreshed?

I got two months exam that just ended half hour ago. period of eating disorder, pressures, and lack of sleep finally ended! I think my body has taken its toll now that the weight left my shoulder. any idea how to make the body and mind 100% again?

Great, Congratulations for finishing the exams. Indeed, sometimes exams take a lot of toll on your health. But now you are free and you can take good care of your health. Please follow the below steps by which I hope you regain the lost weight and get refreshed. 1) I really don't know the time which you used to study, meaning whether you were an early bird or a late night owl. Whatever practice you followed, my advice is to wake up early in the morning. It would make you fresh and feel better. In case you have the habit of late night sleeping then it would be a little difficult but practice make perfect. 2) After waking up early, spend sometime exercising. This would make your mind and body fit. You can practice meditation. This would give you the concentration and relax your brain which I believe was stressed a lot during the last few days. 3) Follow a good diet, don't skip any meal. Heavy breakfast, average lunch and a light supper. Post lunch do take a short nap preferably half an hour. This would rejuvenate you and you will remain active for the later half of the day. 4) I know it is difficult but avoid spending more time on electronic devices such as cell phones, laptops and even TV. Instead take up a good book and read. It can be any novel, magazine etc. 5) Meet up with friends, meaning real meetings not chatting or calling. Visit places, explore the places nearby you. I believe these are few of the steps which you can follow which will make you refreshed.

thank you so much of your advise. I loved reading it. I sleep really late but I wake up always at 5. I'll do it tomorrow about the exercising thingy. the diet, well, it's kinda hard. I mean, sometimes, it's so lazy to prepare meals and all you know, but I'll gonna make myself stick to it. the thing about avoid electronic device is so difficult man. I mean, I got my books on laptop, phones like part of me. can you do that?

Oh great, My exams are gonna start this 12th and I am busy with my studies. I'd suggest you to go out and play some physical games with your friends. That helps a lot in recovering the freshness in mind and body.
