The NRA isn't very happy about this. It's going to become lots more difficult for you and I and our families to purchase a firearm in the future due to the restraints being levied against gun ownership just because the ones who killed randomly in acts of terrorism or stupidity were classified as mental. Any one knows that if a normal person gets mad and they have a gun at their side and are provoked, there is a strong probability of using it in a momentary act of hostile aggression. The fact is, the criminals who are both mental and illegal and motivated by selfish greed, will obtain guns and use them no matter what.
