Hi myLotters! :) As it is my time to enjoy holidays, I would like to know what you all prefer to do in your holidays. While being at college, I always look at holidays as a chance for relaxing. But once the holidays start, I rarely relax but keep exploring my interests. I never understand how to manage both because it is the only time I get to relax as much as I want but I can't waste my time relaxing all the time. I want to have fun. At the end, I always want to feel satisfactory on the way I spend my holidays. how do you manage both? any suggestions?

Depends on the activities you carry out in the holidays and also the duration of vacation. In case you have got a one month holiday, enjoy the first few days relaxing, just laze around, it doesn't necessarily mean waking up late. Keep up the good habits but don't enroll yourself in any time bound activities. Just go out for walks, read novels, meet friends in real. After the relaxation phase you can enroll in any of the activities either online or classroom, you can learn a new language, a new technology. If you are interested in photography you can travel to different places and explore the beauty of nature. You can give three weeks for these activities. Finally in the last week again you can relax since it would be the last phase of your holidays and you would need enough energy and the lost energy should be replenished for the next phase of your life. This way you can plan. If you are having a very short span such as a week, then the first day you can relax, then the next three days you can go for an outing and again the last couple of days, take ample rest and prepare for the future.

I tend to work over the holiday but when I do have time off I want to enjoy it and have fun. Make the most of my time.
