Activity Vs people online on Mylot

I have come to realize one thing here. When you check the most recent posts section you find new post after the other. Some people ofcourse posting one after the other.
Here is the statistics that amuse me. You might count around 10 people on most recent page posting however when you check the Activity page you only find around 5 people who are active on reading and commenting.
So what do the others do?

Some people here on myLot just post a discussion and don't respond to your comments. Or you posted a discussion, they will comment, you replied, and then no response from them.
In short, they are not that interested in the first place to a certain discussion.

@Missmwngi They just don't care if they missed a thing or not. They just really not interested with the discussion and just commented for the sake of interactions.

I have a few active people who read and post daily. Many I may hear once but never again.

Mmmh same here. However on the other hand it can be because of time when you happen to be online which might be different from others

After posting something I always go and interact, it is fun and easy! I don't know why everyone doesn't do that.

Maybe there is a second page of activity. I may go do some experimenting and see what I learn. I really prefer not posting. However we all need to post so that there continues to be new items to read.

Maybe they only post and don't comment. I tend to not bother looking at those pages unless I have a lot of time. Usually my time is taken up by getting back to those that commented on my post or the ones that I follow. Only after I've done those do I visit the other pages, if I have time.
