Lately it seems the Powerball in USA is quite popular since the amount is quite a lot. And my colleagues even asked their friends or relatives to buy the powerball tickets for them. So I wonder why not there will be a global lottery and therefore the amount will be even bigger and all the people who can use the internet can buy it easily.

It will be banned in China. I think the Chinese government will hatch such a plan to capture money from elsewhere, but they are not stupid enough to let the Chinese gamble. Sooner or later, they will ease on corruption check, so that the casinos in Macau can earn, and pay high tax again.

I think that is a good idea Right now people are under so much stress due to what ISIS is doing and the weather being so bizarre.

Every country has a local lottery, this gives more possibilities to people to win. I prefer this way.

@youless Who cares to have a billion dollar, even if you win 500 millions are more than enough.

I think it's a great idea also. We had tickets to the drawing last night and didn't win...didn't really think we would. Whoever does win is going to be one lucky person since it's over a billion dollars right now.

@youless Yes, it's fun to imagine what you would do if you won as long as you don't obsess over it.

Good suggestion, who do you think will be responsible for holding all the bets?

This is a good question. Good men and non-profit organizations will not want to be involved to it.

I am not into the whole lottery thing as it is way too small odds of winning!
