Real Life Barbie

I'm sure many of you have heard about real life Barbies like Anastasia Shpagina and Valarie Lukyanova. I'm curious to know your thoughts on them. I saw an ad with Anastasia on them so it just got me thinking. I actually love her look. However, I don't think Anastasia achieved her looks via natural ways so that, I look down upon. The smallest my waist ever was is 22.5", eating regularly (even junk food) and minimal exercise.

In my opinion these women are crazy. There are more important things in life to occupy oneself with than looking like Barbie.

I don't judge I mean I have no say on how anyone should live their lives and if turning themselves into a living doll is what they want then sure BUT I worry about why people want that. If it is because of a self esteem issue than that is pretty much the only thing that worries me. It is bad enough that we are constantly hit with "How to look sexy" or "Being fat is ugly" on magazines etc. The media is making us feel disgusting. I admit, I get depressed looking at it all and I start comparing myself and I would like to make changes to myself but not to be like someone else and especially not to look like a doll.

@ivyparkgirl I don't mean any disrespect to those who do by the way. Just personally wouldn't want a drastic change like that.

i personally don't agree with all of this. Later on in life they will regret what they have done now to achieve this look today. All that work won't last forever as age and weight set in.

Anastasia doesn't do any remodelling. She uses makeup.

My waist was 21 inches when I started high school. We won't discuss what it is now.

@DanciaKS I was just very tiny. I was 5' 2" tall and weighed less than 100 lbs. in the next few years I grew 5.5 inches and we are not discussing what I weigh now.

That's pretty awesome! Did you have a strict diet or did you have a fast metabolism?

they're beautiful. But they are now already a product of body modifications. so much surgeries done on them that's why they achieved that body posture as well as face.

They were and are beautiful. The body modifications are a bit much sometimes but Ana only uses make up. Also, posture is not related to this.
