Knot Free YAY
I know this has been going on for some time now, knots in yarn.
It all started back at Christmas when I had a ball of yarn with way too many knots so I complained.
The company were great and sent me 3 balls of yarn which I was really pleased with, however they too had more knots in than really some be. So I emailed them again.
Today I received a second lots of 3 balls and I’m happy to so they are Knot Free YAY.

Yeah I didn't expect today I wasn't expecting it until tomorrow or monday but no today I got it :)

I would let them know, so maybe they can pinpoint the good batches from the bad ones

I guess they wouldn't know nuntil you un-wind the ball and see if there were any knots in.
They did say in the letter they had checked it but I thought I would check it myself.

Yeah it does, I guess they didn't know that they have a problem with it and thought it would be ok to just send more out.

Yay! Knot free! I hate knots. But generally knots in my phone charger.

Yeah hows does that work, same here, happens all the time. I'm sure the cable ties a knot itself when we aren't looking because I'm sure I don't

No really it's only been this yarn I've had a major problem with. Ok youdo get the odd know but nothing like I've had with this yarn.

Wow...but can you come up with something that you can do with yarns that have plenty of knots? Something unique, something artistic, something that is functional of course, and beautiful to look at..especially with those knots? I believe you can because I have seen your sites and believe you to be naturally gifted.

The yarn with knot in is going back so they manufactoring manager can see the problem and hopefully thats the end of the knots.

Yeah it was, I guess I highlighted a problem they have in manufacturing the product. No one likes to see knots in yarn, ok you can get round them but that not the point,you pay good money for yarn these days.

Thank you, I agree it is frustrating when you do get knots in the yarn you are knitting.
