Sunny but Cold in my neck of the woods

It's a sunny start to this week but it's pretty darn cold and the wind just makes it feel colder. I'm happy for the sunshine as it's a good mood-booster for this Monday morning. I'm a bit tired from all our partying yesterday but it was a fun day. My grandson brought his girlfriend to the party and I felt bad for her as she was thrust into meeting a bunch of new people right off the bat. It's hard to tell where this relationship will go since they've only been dating a few months. They look happy together so we'll see. Ahhh new love....isn't it grand! Today I'm back to my normal routine and enjoying my coffee while I see what's going on here at myLot.
