What Is A "Thought Starter?"

In a writing class I used to be involved with called Poetry in Motion, we were given "thought starters" and then assigned to write something about the various subjects suggested. I loved that class. It was online and I loved it, but now it's gone. Anyway... I came across some of the "thought starters" recently and I think I will suggest a couple to you and see what you think about them, sort of a challenge to come up with a story that the "thought" started in your mind. Maybe the few words will remind you of something you might want to share with us on MyLot. Here's a few to think about: "I came away with a different perspective when..." "If only I could..." "I am a PRO when it comes to..." "I made a name for myself when I...: I'll take up the challenge myself, tomorrow and see what I can do with these "thought starters." I hope you will join me.
