I was just watching CNN when this piece of news splashed on my screen. It would be interesting to read what the star Margarita "Gaita" Forés from the Philippines has to say about how she got there, specially when she claims that she did not have any formal training in cooking. I believe that experience is the best teacher. some people are just plain gifted compare to others who need to go through the ropes of training, and learn more from the experts. well, Im happy and proud of her, hope people will inspire instead of feeling envy. i've watch her reaction video too, it was damn funny hehehe

Some people just get it naturally they were born to cook. My boyfriend been cooking since he was 7 and now he's a pro at it. He does most of the cooking but i do cook at times when he has to work late etc.

I was a landscaped garden designer and did business in this line for a few years. You are right. I did not do any courses.
