A big sneeze in the poetry field these days? I'd say Mary Oliver. Here is a poem that I probably will send to another Mary. This Mary chose to include another one of mine in her large writer's anthology. My thanks goes out to both Marys as more gloom and rain descends on me and my world. Slip of Paper A single torn slip of paper nearly as direct as the dog with her ball. I've discovered an address now its my business to deliver or ignore the pup's eye straight on both of us snared in melody we write, capturing molecules in our jaws.
