Parents in Asia worship education. However, they worship the wrong kind of education. They want their children to go to the universities and get a degree. They forget that working abilities are more important than a paper qualification. It is good to graduate in engineering and work as an engineer. However, many skilled trade workers do not have a degree, and they are paid more than graduates. For example, an underwater welder can earn a few hundred dollars per day. They are good in diving, and underwater welding. They have invested in their working abilities so that they can take up such challenging job.

Sooner or later you have to settle down in a job. It is best that you find out what you are best at, and work hard at it.

True. Although the paperwork is also important before you can actually get the job, it's a must you are skilled enough to do the job you are aiming for.

If you are really good at your work, there is no need to think about paperwork. I read that there are some expert coders who can command $1000 per hour. This kind of expertise is hard to find.
