Hello Lotters, For some reason I've decided not to exercise this morning because of things I did yesterday that made me real tired. but while doing my online thing my left foot starting to hurt specially if you pressed it on the floor. I thought it was going to be temporary until I went for grocery walking and it was a real pain. I have taken tylenol and might put some efficacen oil before i go to sleep, but i might halt my jogging starting tomorrow. I could do some stretching and other abdominal exercise. I hate push ups the most but in this situation, i may have no choice, my feet is tired and it needs rest. And there's possible issue of me having a high uric acid or something. Though Mom strongly advised me to have a uric acid test, Im researching remedies for it. After this post, Im going to buy a banana and start drinking water more. any advice for me please?

there are some foods high in uric acid, like monggo, black eyed beans, and other legumes. also when you eat internal organs of pigs like the intestines. I think you should raise your feet up when you are sitting down.

@Letranknight2015 spam is a processed canned meat. mongo, maybe you can have that on your cheat day, but maybe in a small quantity only. aside fro uric acid, we can have other nutrients in mongo anyway.

yes, organ meats are high in uric acid, that is why we should cut down on these in our meals.

Yes drinking water can balance out uric acid. Also something like kefier with probiotics ..dont know if you have that there, but not with sugar as that inflames the gut making a high acid content in the body worse.

You have to stop exercise until you have fully recovered. if not, you may suffer from permanent damage, and you will have to go for surgery to rectify the problem. It has happened to a few people whom I know personally. Some of them run marathon!

I didn't even came close into running a marathon, not even a fun run. i just do this at the back of my house, and the distance is less not even half the basketball court. OH NO not a surgery I am not that old, come on! @scheng1 i could never exercise again if that happens, at least on my foot.

Yeah, I have that Uric acid problem. Usually it attacks the joints in the foot area. My doctor just prescribed Uric Acid controlling medication instead of telling me which foods I should stay away from that produces the problem in the first place.

Damn it I just don't like medications on this one. I mean am not that old like my brother @UnkyGreggy now I regret eating way too much food that involves uric acid. so, did you ever found out which food you eat that produces more uric acid?

so, you think you have arthritis? I think you should also cut down on entrails because these are high in uric acid; legumes too.

@Letranknight2015 just have self-control, my friend. You know, you should think of the bad effects of these foods before having a spoon of them for your meals.

Relax your foot once in a while and dont eat too much fats it gets the uric acid high too.

yeah, that reminds me i ate some chicken joy fat yesterday i guess i should stop that too. I guess i was too late trying to exercise hard @alchemistrx might as well find a new method that doesn't involve jogging.
