It was a beautiful funeral

The crowd was quiet and solemn. The organist was playing soft hymns. Flowers garlanded the fine casket that had been chosen for his burial. Some cried softly, as they remembered moments they had shared with him, and special things he had done or said. The Pastor gave a short sermon on the vagaries of life, and then a few friends were asked to talk about the impact he had made in their lives. I was fine, until his daughter stood up, and began one of the most moving reminisces I had ever heard. I was all choked up by the eulogy until someone grabbed me and started doing the Heimlich maneuver.
