good & bad actions

what are these. on what basis are these classifications set on?
according to me there is only plain actions and their results. these results or consequences can be good or bad based on the persons point of view. this may not be coinciding with the point of view of another person.
do you agree? if not please be free write your thought.

The 'Golden Rule' (in its positive form) says: "Treat others how you wish to be treated".
