What would it be and how would you start saving for it Would you shop around to get ideas for what you really wanted to get the best deal saving you, even more, money? What's your long-term outlook?

I would shop around and try to find the best deal I could. I really need a new computer and hopefully will be able to afford one some time this year.

I will not be able to save for a couple years I am estimating as I have some bills that come first. If I could the first things I would save for would be a comfortable chair and bed. I really need them badly.

I rarely save for anything - If I have the money I just buy, if I don't then I wait till I do.

My process tends to be something like this: Decide I need a certain type of item. Research said item, looking at a variety of options and price ranges. Narrow my options down to a few; monitor the price for a while while saving up. Wait to actually buy until the one I decide on hits the low end of the price range I've observed since watching it. Buying stuff at work is easier, because I can just log into the store system and compare the recent sale prices to whatever discount I might get to see what's better.

I decide what we want and prepare a list of goods before I go to shop. I always give first place for necessary goods. When I got my salary, I buy goods for month. I rarely buy vegetables, because I have a large and beautiful garden and it has many vegetables, fruits and flowers. I manage it well. So I can save some money from them.
