Have you ever been so tired you fall a sleeping doing something? It happens to me all of the time. Nearly every night I'll be nursing my son to sleep I'll fall asleep with him or just after him. Most of the time this happens in the middle of the night when he wakes up but other times it's just early evening when I fall a sleep. Sign of having three kids and very little sleep. Tired always finds it way in and you just cant help but fall a sleep. Some times it's just a few minutes and other times it will be a few hours. Then of course I wake up all sore from sleeping sitting up holding my son in my lap. This is why I need naps most days. I know it'll get better as he get's bigger. Less teething, less needing mommy.

@kevin1877uk yep. Thankfully we have had a few snow days that I've had off of work. Since it's winter I get more days off at random.

Having three kids is difficult. Having 3 kids and nursing is more difficult. When you nurse you are expending even more energy. I hope you are eating right and taking vitamins, to help you keep energy up. As for sleep, sometimes you just have to sleep. As a mom, that doesn't always happen. Hang in there.

He is 1 and doesn't nurse like he use to but he does nurse and it does take up of work, hungry as well. I try to get extra sleep when hubby is off of work and can take the kids. I try to stay on top of eating three meals a day and snacks. But these last few days have been rough being snowed in. I think little guy is growing again he's been up a lot at night or getting a new tooth. He's been extra door these last few days.

It sounds as if naps would benefit you. Perhaps you need a bit of sunshine to help boost your energy.

There is no sun in the winter. I take vitamin d daily because I have a vitamin d definition.

Sleep when your kids take a nap. You will get more sleep when they get older.

Can't. My 5 year old doesn't nap, my 3 year old some times nap, my 1 year old always naps, then the other two I watch one naps and the other doesn't nap. If my husband isn't home between me babysitting and him going back to work I don't get any extra sleep.
