Marry two wives or get jailed

Have you heard of this Eritrea law. I guess it is yet to be passed though but it has been suggested. They say the population of men is low and so the women are suffering. They are therefore suggesting that every man should have two wives. The first wife should not refuse their husbands to marry a second one. I think it is not right to force people to have two wives if they don't want to. On the other hand not every lady would want to have another one brought it. What do you think of this

It is already a law, from the Eritrean state administration of religious affairs.

Wow that is crazy, hopefully that law does not pass. I would not want my future husband to have two wives.

Such a law would be possible in a Muslim country, but half of the population of Eritrea is Christian, and I doubt that Christians will accept this law. They will never throw half of their population in jail. I hope so.

I agree with you. It is hard to throw such a number in prison. Their prison will even get full before they can jail all

Surely this won't become law. I think it is a very backward step.

Daaamn... I think most men here in Peru will be happy if such law be enforced here. Yet it will cause an uproar among women xD
