I don't know if you are suffering from GERD. First...have breakfast by 8 am in the morning. Around 10.30 some milk. Around 1 pm meal. Around 4.30 pm. some snacks with less oil. Lastly around 8 pm meals and before going to bed another glass of milk. In case it is lactose resistance...you'd need to avoid both milk and curds perhaps. In general I found if I avoided tea, excessive usage of ginger, sugar, and sour stuff, and of course oily stuff, I was ok. I think yours may be GERD problem. Eating randomly and eating continuously at other times. Timing somehow matters. I also have problem if I eat cucumber. Check if you are ok with that. Try eating 1 teaspoonful of fenugreek (menthulu) swallow it down with a glass of water and wait for half an hour to forty five minutes. If you feel relieved chances are this is GERD.

Thankyou for your valuable suggestions regarding my problem. I do not understand the meaning of GERD. If I eat cucumber, immediately after 1 hour, gas comes from my stomach and also burning sensation occurs at inner mouth. Even early morning I drink a glass of water, after drinking it, 5 minutes later, the water comes from my mouth, the taste of water is very sour. I definitely try your tips to avoid it. Do you have any permanent solution regarding my problem?

@sivakishore86 ..You also need BComplex...you need to take it regularly. GERD is Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease. Excessive eating can lead to it, or at times it is simply erratic timings or stretching abnormally. I wish I had some good news for you. It can only be managed, for now, not cured. I gave you tips for managing it. If cucumber gives you problem, it is 80 percent GERD. As I mentioned follow a time table, and if and when you feel the pain opt to take one teaspoonful of fenugreek seeds. Wait for half an hour or forty five minutes. Everything should be alright after that. Avoid tamarind. Essential...don't overeat...don't take too much sugar or ginger. Take B-Complex daily without fail...it helps. I am presuming you don't drink or smoke.
